Admissions

Admission is open to any qualified applicant. No qualified person will be excluded from enrollment at Chancellor Institute based on age, race, gender, disability or national origin. Class start times vary depending upon language of instruction.

Please review the Enrollment Requirements below:

  • Applicants must be 17 years of age or older. If applicant is 17 years of age at the time of enrollment, a parent or guardian must enroll the applicant.
  • The applicant should present evidence of high school diploma, GED or signed attestation of graduation or completion of GED. Please note that a signed attestation is not a replacement for evidence of high school graduation. Applicants must present evidence of graduation or GED prior to completion of the program of study.
  • Students, who have not completed high school diploma or GED and are 17 years of age or older must demonstrate the ability to benefit from the program of instruction. Students without a High School Diploma or GED must complete the Wonderlic or Tabe Verbal and Quantitative tests as approved by the Department of Education at an off-site location and submit proof of passing scores of 200 on the Verbal and 210 on the quantitative tests.
  • Students must pass a Test of Adult Basic Education identified by state and federal regulation.
  • All accepted students must complete an Enrollment Agreement.
  • Passport Type Photo for Student ID (Mail or Email in JPEG Format)
  • Review the School Catalog, School Catalog Addendum, and Student Handbook.

  • Transfer Students

    Chancellor Institute evaluates transfer credits from accredited institutions. Credits may be accepted for transfer when the following documents are provided:

  • Copy of College Transcripts
  • Official College Transcript Request Form

  • Only courses in which the student has earned a grade of C or above will be considered for transfer. Transfer students are required to earn a minimum of 60% of the total program credits at Allied Health Institute. The final approval of transferred credits is contingent upon receipt of official transcripts from previous institutions. We must receive your official transcript within 30 days of enrollment. It is the student’s responsibility to order the official transcript. Please see our School Catalog for additional details regarding transfer of credits to/from Allied Health Institute.
